Well someone game my friend a copy of guild wars prophecies to try, after a week he tells me this game blows and quotes like:
"ive explored 5% of map and im lvl 12 already!"

o and ofcourse he played WoW for about 2 years

he just looks at lvl as destination

can anyone give me a decent thing to say cuz its pissing me off lawls

Tell him that this game is about being good at it not sitting in front of the screen killing the same crap over and over so you win because you have 1004759837659365 more health than the new players.

the game only BEGINS at level 20....anything before that is just training!

That he obviously has no idea what this game is about.
Being level 20 doesn't really mean anything. In fact, I remember a thread about a week ago that was describing this same mentality. Go give it a read and you'll have plenty to say to him.

I would start by asking him exactly wtf he means when he says this. Is 5% of the map too much by level 12, or too little? Its such a completely irrelevent point to make. 5% of the Prophecies map is like two zones. Furthermore, map exploration has no bearing at all on the value of the game itself, its just a side thing.
